Administrative Manager – Part-time position

Red Button- Cyber Security company located in TLV now hiring an  Administrative Manager to be a part of our team. 

 

**This is a part-time flexible position (50%) and can fit, but not limited, for students 

 

Candidate Responsibilities
Within this role, you will have overall responsibility and oversight to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all office admin processes:     

  • Work with our customers and receive new orders, collection, and issue invoices. 
  • Work with our accounting on various topics including employee salaries. 
  • Procurement including defining the organization’s needs. 
  • Be responsible for company activities and employee care. 
  • Generate processes and procedures on how administrative tasks can be done more efficiently.
  • CEO assistant 

 

Skills

  • Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with detail orientation and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, and methodological. 
  • Work with manage suppliers 
  • Work efficiently and politely with our customers. 
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Programs are required
  • Good English communication skills
  • Available for a Part-time position – we are flexible regarding hours and days

 

Advantage
