Operations and Administration Manager

Description

The Operations and Administration Manager has overall responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness of all office administration processes, including:

  • Working with customers, receiving new orders, collecting, and issuing invoices
  • Collaborating with the accounting team on various issues, including employee salaries
  • Procurement, including defining the organization’s needs
  • Employee care
  • Establishing processes and procedures to accomplish administrative tasks more efficiently
  • Assisting the CEO

 

Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with methodical attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of working with and managing suppliers
  • Able to work efficiently and provide service to our customers
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft programs and Google Workspace

 

Advantage

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in hi-tech or startup companies
  • BA degree
